By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.

Play Advertising Inc. provides website hosting and related services, including, but not limited to:

• Uptime monitoring
• Email logging
• Speed enhancement
• Monthly updating of website content and security features
• Monthly Analytics reports where provided
• SSL Certificate (Secure Sockets Layer)
• Core Platform, security and Plug-In updates
• Caching (Improved load speeds)
• Image compression (Improved load speeds)
• Regularly scheduled back-ups (Data integrity/Security)

These services are subject to the fees and terms detailed on our website, written estimate, and/or in this document.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Play Advertising Inc will create an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Play Advertising Inc. will create custom login credentials so that you can access your websites dashboard at any time. It should be noted that any changes made to the website by any user other than an employee of Play Advertising Inc. shall waive any and all liability that Play Advertising has for the stability and function of the website.

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canadian privacy laws. You shall not:

• Use the services for any unlawful purposes.
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services.

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Services are provided on a subscription basis with fees payable in advance. Pricing and payment terms are detailed on your written estimate. Failure to pay fees when due (30 days) will result in suspension or termination of your services.

All content, trademarks, and data on our website are the intellectual property of Play Advertising Inc. or third parties. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content obtained from our services without prior consent.

While we strive to provide secure services, we do not guarantee the absolute security of your website or protection against third-party attacks. You acknowledge that the security of your website is your responsibility. We are not liable for any security breaches or related incidents.

We will be responsible for updating your website and troubleshooting any conflicts with installed plug-ins. However, this does not extend to issues caused by actions taken by the user or third parties. 

To cancel your subscription, you must provide us with written notice at least 30 days in advance. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.

In no event shall Play Advertising Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services over the last 12 months. Liability is waived for any changes made to the website by someone other than Play Advertising Inc.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Play Advertising Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which your services are provided. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate provincial or federal courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
